Express Shipping: $15.00 (1-3 Business Days)

Prices may vary based on order weight.

Dispatch Times:

Orders placed before 2pm AEST: Dispatched same business day.

Orders placed after 2pm AEST: Dispatched next business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are excluded.

Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You will receive an email with pick-up instructions and a pincode for the secure collection box when your order is ready.
For urgent pick-ups, email our customer service team at support@sophiahair.com.au to see if we can fast-track your order.
For pick-up outside of business hours or on weekends, email support@sophiahair.com.au.

Important Notes:

Do not come for pick-up without receiving the ready for pick-up email.
Sophia Hair Australia is not responsible for any orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen once placed in the pick-up box.

Secure Collection Box:

The pick-up box is secured with a pincode, please read your email for further instructions.
Ensure you know your order number.
Only take the package with your allocated full name and order number
