Photo Submission Responsibility: I accept that it is my responsibility to provide accurate and adequate photos that represent the recipient’s (Giftee’s) current hair colour and condition. These photos are crucial for the colour matching process and overall success of the service. | 3. Responsibility for Appointment Changes: Once Sophia Hair Australia has confirmed the appointment, it becomes my (the Gifter's) responsibility to manage any updates, changes, or rescheduling of the appointment directly with the Salon. I understand that I will bare all costs associated with such changes will be governed by the Salon's terms and conditions. | 4. Aftercare Compliance: I understand that the longevity and appearance of the hair extensions depend on proper aftercare. I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Sophia Hair Australia to ensure the best results. | 5. Service Satisfaction: If there are any concerns regarding the hair extension service, I agree to communicate these concerns directly to Sophia Hair Australia within seven (7) days for the possibility of adjustments or remedies. | 6. Use of Photos: I grant permission for before and after photos of the recipient’s hair to be used for the service provider's portfolio and promotional purposes, unless stated otherwise. | 7. Liability Waiver: I agree to not hold Sophia Hair Australia responsible for any damage or dissatisfaction due to factors beyond their control, including but not limited to the recipient’s hair condition or failure to follow aftercare instructions. | 8. I understand for health and hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted once the hair extensions have been installed. To be eligible for a return, the extensions must be unworn and in their original packaging.
